Founded by Yasser Dallal in Luxembourg in 2020, Astartelux’s mission is to conserve and preserve world heritage by bringing ancient civilizations’ techniques and designs back to life ethically and sustainably.

Astartelux mostly takes its inspiration from Phoenician civilization which dominated Mediterranean basin from the 2nd Millennium BC. Phoenicians had a massive impact on world history. They invented the first alphabet as well as the colour Tyrian purple.

The brand takes its name from the Mediterranean goddess, Astarte, representing the power and importance of women in religion and everyday life.

Astartelux strives to make every step of its value chain sustainable and ethical and shares 10% of its profit with programs that provide quality education to displaced children in conflict areas.
